Bix Arabia management reserves the right to review and approve or reject any service provider account before it is made visible to customers.
The service provider is obligated to respond to requests in a professional manner, perform the service to an appropriate standard, honor customer deadlines, and provide clear and accurate information.
6. Service Requests
The customer submits a service request through the platform to the company or the selected technician.
The order status is displayed to the customer in their account, and the service provider can update the order status as the order progresses.
Bix Arabia is not directly involved in providing the service itself; rather, it provides a platform for organizing requests, facilitating communication, and tracking progress between the customer and the service provider.
7. Prices and Payment
The price of the service may be agreed upon between the client and the service provider based on the type of service, the scope of work, and the location.
Any financial transaction conducted outside the platform is the sole responsibility of the customer and the service provider, and Bix Arabia assumes no liability for any financial dispute that may arise outside its official payment systems, should such systems be established in the future.
