Bix Arabia reserves the right to review and approve or reject any company or technician account before it is made visible to customers.
Service providers must ensure the accuracy of the information they provide, including their rates, schedules, and the quality of the services they offer to customers.
5. Service Requests
Customers can select the appropriate service and submit a request to the company or technician through the platform.
The fact that a service provider appears on the platform does not mean that Bix Arabia directly guarantees the quality of the service; however, the platform provides an organizational mechanism for communication, requests, and follow-up.
The service provider is responsible for performing the service agreed upon with the customer, and the customer is responsible for providing accurate information to facilitate the fulfillment of the order.
6. Evaluations and Reviews
The customer has the right to rate the service provider after the order is completed.
Reviews must be genuine and reflect an actual experience; the use of offensive language, inappropriate content, or fake reviews is prohibited.
Bix Arabia reserves the right to delete or hide any review that is in violation of the rules or inappropriate.
7. Suggestions and Complaints
